"When in Search of the Higher Self" "Many
years ago this sentence was said to me by a client as a way of summing up her
work with me. The more I work with people as a therapist, the more I know this
to be true for all of us. It has become the heart of my work to help people get
in touch with their deepest feelings, because I know that without doing so they
cannot touch the heart of who they really are. Without knowing that, life
becomes a hollow shell, and depression the end result. Evolution and the Forth Dimension "I have been thinking so much about this lately that its probably a good idea of I write it down. It has continually come up with students who asking me what the Higher Self is and they find it difficult to unhook from the concept of an external God. It’s understandable really. We have been brought up thinking that way for thousands of years. So when the concept of the 4th dimension began arriving in my head, I began to see a way that it could be used to explain the Higher Self more completely."
